Being found in AI answers
See how AI describes your organisation — and what that picture rests on.
A client may research their options in ChatGPT, Claude or another AI assistant before visiting your website. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) shows how you appear there.
The question is not just: Are we mentioned?
It is also: Is the description accurate? Which sources support it? Does it change after a targeted improvement?
What we measure
- 01
Visibility
For which relevant questions does your organisation appear?
- 02
Position
Which other organisations appear in the same answer?
- 03
Sources
Which sources are used or cited?
- 04
Accuracy
Does the description match your actual services, expertise and limits?
- 05
Change
What is different from the previous measurement?
- 06
Effect
Does the difference hold under comparable measurement conditions?
How a measurement runs
- 01
Baseline measurement
Fixed questions, fixed AI services and fixed assessment rules.
- 02
Analysis
Answers, position, use of sources and accuracy of content.
- 03
One change
A targeted improvement in a source, publication or representation.
- 04
Publication
Reviewed by a person and recorded in a way that can be checked.
- 05
Re-measurement
Asking the same questions again and assessing the differences.
The evidence limit
A baseline measurement is not a measurement of effect.
A higher score after a change does not automatically prove that the change was the cause.
That is why current measurement results, dates and limits are in the evidence register, and not on this page as a lasting marketing claim.
Internal and external belong together
One way of working inside. An accurate account outside.
GEO works best when what you publish comes from the same managed knowledge as your internal work. What is said outside has to be backed up inside.
That is why GEO can also be your First Route: the outside first, on the same foundation as the work inside.
