DyReP

Short answers

Short answers about DyReP and GEO.

DyReP

What is DyReP?

DyReP is the working layer between your organisation and AI. It turns your company knowledge into a managed knowledge base and, for each work request, brings together the relevant knowledge, way of working, permitted actions and human control. We set up DyReP completely: no step from source to result without provenance, status and judgement.

Limit: complete does not mean that every application is already set up for every organisation.

Is DyReP a knowledge base or a company brain?

Yes, that function is part of it. DyReP sets up your company knowledge as a managed knowledge base for people and AI; elsewhere this is also called an AI knowledge base, company brain or second brain. DyReP also records what applies, who may decide and what may be done with the knowledge.

Limit: a knowledge base does not make knowledge correct or complete by itself. Content and approval stay with your organisation.

What problem does DyReP solve?

General-purpose AI does not know by itself which sources apply now, how your professional way of working runs and who may decide. DyReP makes that context usable in the work.

Limit: quality still depends on the knowledge, way of working and human judgement that have been set up.

Does DyReP replace ChatGPT or Claude?

No. An existing AI environment can stay the place where people work. DyReP organises the knowledge and the agreements behind it.

Limit: current connections differ per environment and are listed in the evidence register.

Is DyReP an AI agent?

No. DyReP determines the boundaries within which AI may work, including an AI agent that carries out tasks itself: which knowledge, which steps, which actions and where a person decides.

Limit: which AI environments are demonstrably connected is shown in the evidence register.

Who sets up DyReP?

R.O.B. Concepting develops DyReP and sets up the First Route together with your organisation.

Limit: the concrete set-up depends on the chosen result.

Working under control

What is Dynamic re-Presentation?

The same applicable foundation can take a different form for an expert, a client, a decision-maker or a system.

Limit: a different form must not quietly change meaning, conditions or evidence status.

How do sources and status stay visible?

DyReP links the knowledge used, and its status, to the result. You find them in the result itself or in the Result Passport.

Limit: a source reference alone does not prove that every sentence is correct in substance.

What happens when a source changes?

The knowledge base shows which knowledge, publications and forms rest on that source, including through several steps. An authorised person decides what is adjusted or withdrawn.

Limit: current status is in the evidence register; adjustments do not happen automatically.

Who decides what AI may do?

The organisation sets roles and boundaries. AI and tools carry out only the steps they are authorised for. Where professional judgement is needed, a person decides. In AI terminology, this is often called human-in-the-loop.

Limit: human control has to be genuinely built into the First Route.

Does an approval always remain valid?

No. A recorded human judgement has a validity period. An expired judgement is not applied again and has to be given again.

Limit: the validity period is agreed for each application.

Can DyReP also control systems?

Yes, when a bounded action and suitable authority have been set up for it.

Limit: no general autonomy. Only the connected and permitted action.

GEO

What is DyReP GEO?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization. DyReP GEO measures how AI assistants find and describe your organisation, followed by a targeted improvement and a re-measurement.

What has already been measured?

The current measurements, source and limit are in the evidence register.

Does GEO guarantee more recommendations?

No. GEO makes representation and change measurable. It does not promise recommendations, visibility or revenue.

Where does a GEO project start?

With real client and professional questions, fixed measurement conditions and a baseline measurement.

Which question must your organisation be able to answer with supporting evidence?

Start with a result →

Describe one recurring task. That is enough to begin.
