About DyReP
Built not just to preserve expertise, but to put it to work.
General-purpose AI can do a great deal, but it does not know your organisation's knowledge, ways of working and authority by itself.
DyReP was developed to address that gap.
DyReP is the working layer between an organisation and AI.
The design question
How can AI support professional work without source, meaning, status and human responsibility getting lost along the way?
That is why DyReP keeps different responsibilities apart:
- knowledge determines what the organisation can use as its foundation;
- ways of working determine how the work is carried out;
- permitted actions determine what AI and tools may do;
- authority determines who may act or decide;
- representation determines the suitable form;
- the Result Passport shows what a result rests on.
What complete means.
A knowledge base, an AI assistant or a check afterwards each solves one part. DyReP connects the whole chain: source, knowledge, way of working, permitted actions, human judgement, form and Result Passport.
Complete means: no step from source to result without provenance, status and judgement. It does not mean everything is already set up for every organisation.
What of this demonstrably works today is in the evidence register.
One way of working inside. An accurate account outside.
Inside, the same foundation can support analyses, assessments, handovers and decisions.
Outside, it can feed explanations, website content or the way AI describes you.
What is said outside has to be backed up inside.

Who is behind it
DyReP is developed by Rob de Rooij, founder of R.O.B. Concepting. He designs systems around complex business and knowledge questions, and brings vision, structure and execution together.
R.O.B. Concepting supports the implementation: from choosing a first professional result to setting up, testing and handing over the First Route.

Design principles
- 01
Independent of the interface
The working environment can change. The way of working stays with the organisation.
- 02
Knowledge has its own authority
The Engine does not decide what applies professionally. That authority lies with the designated knowledge sources, decisions and the managed knowledge base.
- 03
Evidence follows the claim
Demo, test, connection and real-world use are not lumped together.
Where DyReP is heading
DyReP is in development. Alongside what demonstrably works today, we are exploring how knowledge, ways of working, decision authority, evidence and controlled learning can together form a durable organisational layer around AI.
