Implementation
Start small enough to prove. Build strong enough to reuse.
We begin with one recurring result and set up the knowledge, way of working, roles, tools, review points and result forms needed to produce it.
Four phases
- 01
Choose — the first result
Valuable, recurring, clearly scoped and assessable by the appropriate people.
- 02
Open up — the knowledge base
We set up the first version of your managed knowledge base by collecting and organising sources, recording their status and defining who decides which knowledge applies. We also establish the relevant way of working, exceptions, roles and systems.
- 03
Build — the First Route
The connection between DyReP, AI, tools, human boundaries and result forms.
- 04
Test — real work
A real user works with the First Route. We assess the result, the friction and the evidence.
What you get
A working First Route, not a report about AI.
- a clearly scoped result and clear success criteria;
- the first set-up of your managed knowledge base, usable by people and AI;
- defined boundaries for knowledge and authority;
- a dedicated Pack or Pack configuration where needed;
- people and AI working together, within fixed boundaries;
- a Result Passport where the application calls for it;
- a real-world test;
- a handover and extension plan.
What it asks of you
For a First Route, we need at least:
- 01someone who owns the result you want;
- 02a subject-matter expert who can assess or decide;
- 03a real user for the real-world test;
- 04access to the relevant knowledge sources;
- 05clarity about which systems genuinely need to connect.
Not all of this has to be worked out for the first conversation.
Lead time and investment
The scope depends on the chosen result, the knowledge available and the connections needed.
Once the First Route has been scoped, you receive a proposal setting out the work, lead time and investment.
After that
- Now
Implementation
The First Route, knowledge set-up, connection and handover.
- Ongoing
Knowledge base
You remain the owner of the content and decide what applies. DyReP keeps track of origin, status and validity. Who does which management work is agreed for each implementation.
- Ongoing
Working layer
Use, management, changes, new versions and evidence.
- Later
Extension
New results, Packs, users, systems or AI environments, where practice calls for them.
Real data comes only once the agreements are in place.
The first exploration needs no confidential case files. We use real data only after scope, responsibility, access and storage have been agreed.
Which recurring result would you like to put to work first?
Describe one recurring task. That is enough to begin.
